The Eagles mngnt gutted his coaching staff and made him fire his coordinators and neutered him and took away play calling.
Sirianni is basically just the Barry Switzer of this team. He has a giant Italian babysitter on the sideline
The Eagles were a flash away from hiring Belichick last year because they knew almost any coach could win with the roster the front office built.

They will probably end up firing him in 2-3 years just like they did Pedersen.

Last year he got a bad batch of coordinators and they collapsed. This year they got good ones and they're back up. Pretty Roseman handpicked Moore and Fangs too.

They’ve completely rotated over almost the entire roster and the entire coaching staff from ‘17.
Howie is the only constant in the run they’ve had. He is the best GM in the League right now.
