Supposedly they are working on integrating so you don't have to use the ESPN app, you just watch it all in the youtubetv app

Thanks for posting! I just linked mine, had to create a new unlimited password but otherwise simple.
“To use your new ESPN Unlimited account as a YouTube TV subscriber:
Open the YouTube TV mobile app and sign in to your YouTube TV account
Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner
Navigate to Settings, then Sports
Toggle on Connect ESPN Fantasy Football
A pop-up will appear; click Connect
You will be directed to the ESPN activation flow on ESPN.com; click Agree & Activate
You will be prompted to enter an email address and password
You will be asked whether you’d like to share your ESPN Fantasy data with YouTube TV; click Link Accounts“
