ESPN the most credible source for indepth sports analysis?

This is a pretty vague question because ESPN covers alot of sports and the level of good coverage varies from sport to sport, but do you consider ESPN the provider of the most indepth sports info and analysis? I say no.
ex. Wall Street Journal sports article or NFL Network Draft Coverage or sports illustrated sportswriting

ESPN is the best at marketing themselves as the best source for sports information.

ESPN's news division now exists merely to market their other products. It's kind of sad how their news division has fallen, because it used to be great. Now it is about hyping up and promoting ESPN events.

I really like the Wall Street Journal articles, but there is only one or two stories out each day. I am interested to see if there is a market out there for in-depth sports news from a provider without the self-interest of ESPN.

ESPN would be better if they didn't think they are better than they really are. They are like Wal-Mart. There is NO rival.
