Woodlawn moving the ball. Rickie Collins with good wheels, but holding penalties are killing the Panthers.

Woodlawn's line is trash but Rickie looks good so far

They said their LG is a LaTech commit. Zachary is breaking through almost every play.

how much sand did they dump on this field before the game?

My gosh the field looks awful

I agree. I asked that question on the Rant and got a downvote. I’ll ask again, why is the field filled with sand?

Someone said they do the same with some tennis courts. It looks bad and I would worry about the players getting sand in their eyes.

After all the rain in August, the field was a swamp. They had to play their first game at another field. They dumped sand just to have playable conditions

I was told that the EBR Jamboree was at Woodlawn when BR had all the rain. The field was destroyed. They used sand to try and salvage it.

Makes sense I guess. Has BR been in a drought for last few weeks? Seems plenty time to grow grass with proper watering.

Holstein just threw a dart for a TD

Yeah it hasn’t rained here in what seems like 3 1/2 weeks.
