I don’t think has an effect on clay born. I haven’t seen anything that says he’s expected to be released but he had a pretty rough start last year. Settled down in the playoffs after he was a healthy scratch for a couple games, but doesn’t know how to set the edge to save his life which is a core Belicheck principle
