Ryan had a better season last year than Brees. That isn't even debatable. So using the typical what have you done for me lately logic Ryan can logically be placed ahead of Brees.

422 615 4,719 68.6 7.67 32 80 14 3 74.5 99.1

I get that Brees threw 5 more picks but he also through 9 more tds and for 450 more yards. Falcons were just a better lead, more well rounded team who didn't have to press nearly as much as Brees did.

God damn Saints fans have a lot of pent up anger over a fricking list like this.

Relax, this list doesn't mean anything.

Notice I didn't just say Super Bowls. Brees is also a record breaking QB.

It's always weird to me how many times Jaws says the word "football" when he's talking.

"He's just a dynamite football player. He knows how to throw the football and march his team down the football field."

Which explains both the INT's for Brees and the lesser yards/tds for Ryan.

Statistically they had a pretty damn near even season.

Oh now you aren't even making sense. This kind of an argument is useless, not even worth a conversation.

2013

Brees: 63%CMP 5177YDS 43TD 19INT 96.3RTG

Ryan: 68.6%CMP 4719YDS 32TD 14INT 99.1RTG

So Brees had 11 more touchdowns, Ryan had 5 less interceptions. I'd call that a bit of a wash. The ONLY reason Ryan had a higher completion percentage is because of the Payton absence. You are forgetting that Brees has the record for higher completion percentage in a season. He is deadly accurate. Brees' 2011 stats, which you seem to act like was so long ago, is one of the greatest quarterback seasons of all time. I'd love to hear you make an argument for Brees not in the top 4.

Meh.

Flacco

Flacco was on the cusp of losing his job. It'll take more than one good year to pass up Drew (and several others).

P.S. What do the Ryan fans think if he ranks Flacco ahead of Matty? Just wondering.

If that's the case, I'll stick with Colston and Moore and win it this year.

Jaws' list lost all credibility when he put Matt Schaub in the top 10.

66 points vs. 5 turnovers? That's not a wash, bro.
