Nebraska is the 5th best team the B1G has to offer according to the polls.

They are both ranked in the AP and the coaches poll and neither are in the CFP. They are equal in the polls, and the outback and citrus are the bowls the B1G acknowledges just below the NY6 bowls

Since the game isn't for a participation trophy, I would only feel bad for Watson. not for OSU because their season isn't ending with a consolation prize.
I've also watched Nebraska without tommie and it wasn't good but I haven't seen Clemson without Watson. Who's to say they don't have a backup like the Buckeyes did when they beat bama with their 3rd string QB?

That said, one of the big SEC talking points on conference superiority this year was how much better the lower teams were than the Big Ten's. I think even Chicken himself pointed out that lining the teams up 1-14 would prove SEC dominance. When you hang your hat on the success of your shitty teams, you don't get to dismiss their shittiness when it doesn't fit the narrative.

2 of our Bottom 4 made bowl games. No matter if they lost by 50 that is still better than your bottom 4.
