Donald William Zimmer (January 17, 1931 — June 4, 2014) was an infielder, manager, and coach in Major League Baseball (MLB).
Don Zimmer passed away on June 4th, 2014 from heart and kidney problems.
Career highlights and awards:
2× All-Star (1961, 1961²)
6× World Series champion (1955, 1959, 1996, 1998–2000)
NL Manager of the Year (1989)
