Does Haskins play in the Rose Bowl

We’ve had players sit out bowl games and it’s happening more and more but a quarterback has never done it.
If Haskins goes pro and he should what is the thought if he decides to sit out the Rose Bowl?

Really can’t blame him if he doesn’t, but I think he could use another game of tape. Especially if he lights it up again, he could put himself into a top 5 pick.

Laugh all you want. He isn’t short like Tua. He’s a more disciplined quarterback with a bigger arm. Tua was exposed today and will only be more exposed in the pro game.

I want to say this is Analogous to M Sanchez in 2008. Not super experienced but had a great year. Was on fire towards the end and then blew up in Rose Bowl.
Unrelated...I would have no issue with players sitting out a non playoff game if they're in position for a 1st rd. Pick

Great college player. Tua. Doesn’t equal pro player.
Haskins is prototypical pro qb. Size. Big arm. Makes all the throws. Not prone to try to make every play a TD like Tua. He just has more value in the pro game. It’s not a knock on Tua. It’s just a fact.
