This will be an interesting situation to watch for the rest of the season.

Baker does what I think is the adult thing to do in assuming ownership of the incident but he also rolls a team mate under a bus.

Do you think some of the Browns players will have issue with this?

So you think he should have supported Garret?

It has seemed like everyone but Ogunjobi immediately went with "Yeah, you can't do that, he gone" so I doubt it.

Ogunjobi's "I was defending my teammate" bullshite when all he did was cheap shot Rudolph from behind and then walk away isn't getting nearly enough play.

No, because he has to carry the company line.

I thought about this too. But then I saw OBJ and Jarvis say basically the same thing in their interview. If that is any indication then I think most Browns players will agree with Baker and respect him for saying it

Jesus
Considering they're almost all saying the same thing, no.

On Get Up just now, the former players were basically calling him a pussy for pushing Mason and avoiding Pouncey. Louis Riddick said that Ogunjobi didn’t want any of what Pouncey was dishing out.

I agree.

My thought is though since it just happened and cameras are in your face immediately, you might be doing what’s good for in front of the cameras but not what you actually feel.

That’s why it will be interesting to follow as the weeks progress and a few more losses happen. You’ll see if those comments actually hold water or not.

What was his other option? Pretend like he was innocent?

That's how you see it? Myles Garrett is one of Cleveland's best players, and they're still making a possible push into the Wild Card picture. Looked to me like Baker is holding Garrett accountable for a, potential, season-altering play.

Did Garrett ever have any issues prior to this incident? I don’t follow the Browns.

There are always two camps that form from a situation like this.

Exactly. Outside of Garrett, the only other person this looks bad on is Kitchens.

I can’t believe kitchens really said “there’s helmet contact every game”

Yes.
He’s known around the league as a dirty player

Oh really? So he didn’t get fined for punching a player this year and fined for multiple dirty hits in one game to the tune of over 40000?

Garret is a piece of shite.
