I actually think that last Michigan game was the most educational moment for Day. He learned that you don’t have to prove your team’s “toughness” to try and make some point. Instead take your roster you have and coach to their strengths. Put your team in the best position to win and don’t worry about the narratives. This could be the springboard to a nice run for Day. Time will tell.
