It looks like Jones doesn't bother enforcing that on his players. He needs to have an assistant sitting at the fricking gym tracking who comes into shoot.

There isn't enough time in collegiate athletics sports practices to coach everything players need to play at their best. At some point players have to take pride in their craft and put the work in on their own.

Yes they do.

They do it either pre or post px sessions. It is like how teams work on snaps or kicking game.

High School we shot 100 every practice in sets of 10.If you didn't hit at least 70% it was extra suicides.

I can see how guys with huge hands might have problems but a guard or small forward has no excuse.
