Walter Payton (Swac) is the GOAT & Rice( SwAC) didn't need PwI's to " develop " them. Sir. None of them do. You buy these kids and mentally weak families, but not all of them.

Then why don’t we see more great players coming from HBCU’s like we did with in the 80’s and before?

He also said that the Tampa-Raider super bowl was fixed, and callahan threw the game, so Tampa won.
When you listen to several of the raider players on that team, who believe this, and how things transpired up to the game, id does sound fishy, or did they get the wrong script?
