Zaza's motion was natural and he was closing out.

People keep talking about the second step Zaza made but that's momentum. LA's second step is not natural at all.

There's a probable explanation for Zaza's second step. There's zero reason for LA's second step. Which clearly makes it worse.

But I'm still not ready to call it intentional.

If it was intentional, then I understand. It's not excusable but understandable.

If I'm LA, these guys took out our best player when we were beating their brakes off, then they immediately go on a run and barely win, now without our best player they're beating our brakes off.

I have no way to get back at you within the rules (because of your dirty play) so I'm going to get to you outside of the rules with my dirty play. That's just a natural human thing to do.

It's not even close to what Zaza did. At least Zaza was going for the ball the whole way. Was he supposed to just allow Leonard to shoot and uncontested shot?

Aldridge made absolutely no attempt on the ball and clearly slid his foot under Durant intentionally.
