Maybe. Is he also the guy who no one wants to tackle in the 4th in January?

Nfl teams can’t tackle Cmac in the 1st qtr in September

Don’t think they would all of a sudden get better in the 4th qtr in January

Are we really now judging running backs on team wins too?

Holy shite this board has jumped the shark

Barry Sanders is officially not that great I guess

frick why stop here. I guess Joe Thomas was a shitty left tackle as well

You have turned this into an 87 knows everything thread. It's really sad. Like I have said you have issues.

It’s my fault this thread is now judging running backs based on team success? I did that peej?

Find one strange/outlandish thing I have said in this thread. I’ll wait. I’ll send you a 6 pack of free Coors if you do

You have a weird habit of latching onto one post and then beating it to death, I assume as a means to take attention away from your own dumbass hot takes.

What’s my hot take in here?

I think Henry is one of the best running backs in the nfl

I think Cmac is the clear best

I think it’s ridiculous that one poster is trying to use team success to judge running backs

Please, point to what is outlandish. Hell, point out something that isn’t considered majority opinion.

I simply live in some people’s brains and they see my user names and their bodies shake

Henry is still playing. Folks could not get out of his own way yesterday. It's over. You have been owned. Right now.... Henry is the best back in the NFL. I'm sure you are rooting for Clemson tomorrow night.

I’m just using your words. If you want to use absolutes to defend your positions, that’s on you. If I have misquoted you kindly show where and I will retract.

IMO a team with an individual who cannot be tackled should win every game by a convincing amount.

So saying Cmac, the 1st team all pro player, is the best running back is a contrarian view?

Holy shite this board has lost it

Here’s two brilliant pride takes from like 2 weeks ago

quote:

Its a running back. They just arent that important. Its not a mystery why Henry went from shite to great when the titans passing game became elite

quote:

Because they would. I put very little stock into a traditional style running back, very little. That isnt me saying Henry isnt good, its just me saying his value isnt high

I wasn’t speaking to this in particular. But you do love to argue, you never admit you’re wrong, and always want to get the last word. But then again, message boards are filled with contrarians.

Those two posts are still absolutely true

Running back is the absolute most overrated position in all of football, and Henry this season proves it better than anyone

His first 6 games this season he put up awful numbers

Then, the qB postion changed and became successful, and Henry went beast mode

The same exact person, the same exact human being, went from bad to great based on the team changes. That’s the entire reason a team shouldn’t draft running backs high

Since my opinion is so wrong here, why do you think Henry became productive magically in week 7?

Please just answer the question

Why did Henry go from under 4 yards a carry in the first 6 games this year, to over 6 yrds a carry in the last 10? Did he change as a person, did he get taller? Did he change his running style?

Please, just entertain me
