ND fans hate what’s going on.
Two turnovers last night and both were from WR screens. I get trying to ease Carr in with some easy screens in the first quarter, but every other pass was a screen. Miami read it from a mile away.
No excuse to not utilize the best RB in college football more, and Price was killing it in the first half and didn’t get a second half carry.
Denbrock was iffy last year with his red zone playcalling, and completely shite the bed last night.

While true, Notre Dame has an all world RB and he only got 11 carries in a wet, rainy game that should have been conducive for a great run game.
But they didn't even have a good run game because Miami was winning in the trenches. Their best drive of the 1st half was with Price getting touches.
On ND's first TD drive of the 2nd half, Love got four carries in five plays for a grand total of 5 yds. They only scored because of Carr.
I actually thought Denbrock called a good game, but Miami was just better. Irish fans are stupid if they truly believe last night was a fireable offense.

Not fireable, and you are right about the offensive line getting destroyed, but it’s another game in a concerning growing list of games where the play calling was suspect.
