It's not. Here is the revenue distribution per conference in 2010. ACC got about $18 M, Big East about $23 M, SEC about $15 M. Most of the small conferences get about $1-3 M each, but the A-10 received about $6 M.

the SEC gets $15M total from the MM contract

each SEC team gets about $18M from the ESPN/CBS contracts

That's only for the MM tournament.

so basically (with an average of $55M or so)

$50M CFB, $4M CBB, and $1 CBB?

that's the avg rate of the SEC deal (with only CBS)

No, you're right. I was only counting the ESPN deal. Adding the ESPN + CBS contracts is just over $17 M per team per year.
