It is interesting looking at fan perspective from the different sides. I think the season series (including post season) now sits at 6-6. I had less confidence vs the Astros compared to any other MLB team this year - despite the more or less even records HTH, it felt like when these two teams played, the Astros were the (slightly) better team. Against everyone else, it felt like to me the Red Sox were better - and I mean that compared to the rest of MLB, and that was indeed borne out in the records.
I just noticed that fivethirtyeight.com updated after Game 3 to give Sox 67/33 edge to win the series, which headed into game was 45/55 in favor of the Astros (going from memory, but that's pretty close). Tomorrow is definitely huge.

Astros fans are the ones who have somehow decided that they are the official team of this board and to and extent this state. You'd think they were a Louisiana team. They aren't.
There isn't an Ohio St thread in addition to the general game threads. Why y'all need a little club house safe from opposing fans where y'all can suck each other off I don't know. But y'all can have a daily thread but don't make it the game thread if you don't want people in it

So I watched the Pearce HR again, and I’m not sure that’s on Joe Smith
The ball was a few inches off the inside of the plate, Pearce just did a really good job of turning on it. Now I don’t know his stats as far as hitting inside/outside pitches, but that would have been a ball had he not swung.
