A JP somewhere between his first three seasons and last season is still a pretty damn valuable player when healthy. Especially looking at the landscape of the SS position.
Plus defender. Some pop, is a grinder, hustles out everything. Contenders in need (Yankees) would give up some assets for that

Going into another massive 10 game 3 city road trip to essentially close out May 5 back of the division lead.
I’m by no means of advocating the team in its current state is good at all, but it’s probably now or never for them. Anything less than 6-4 they are super toast. Wish one of these other teams besides the Rangers would runaway with the division
