You are tripping, man, you'll say anything to just defend D'Antoni and his style which I like really, but it won't win championships. Bogut, Pachula, McGee, and other bigs that I'm leaving out cause I can't fricking remember all played their roles in helping G State to titles. But when you add a almost 7 foot freak (Durant) that can shoot the lights out to an already potent team of shooters, what the hell do you think will happen. More championships.

And they woulda won in 5 the next year if it wasn’t for the weak green suspension.

they were up 3-2 on the greatest roster before an injury derailed them. Tough sell
To say his system can’t win a title win they were 50-5 and up on the best roster we have ever seen.

Russell Westbrook recorded his 36th straight games with 20+ points, the longest streak of his career.

In that span he's averaging:
30.7 PPG
8.1 RPG
6.9 APG
50.5 FG%

Not mike or daryl fault russ went from that up above to being the worse player on the court.

We thought it simply didn't matter when it came to James playing anyone outside of GOAT

When your second player is a big negative it does. They would have been better off with him Not even playing at all.

Harden out played bron.

Russ didn’t hold up his end of the deal and lakers scrap heap bums shoot 50% from 3.

That’s your series. Good luck with this bums shooting like that next series

I won't argue with you, you can believe what you wanna believe. In a system like D'Antoni's a player can get great stats, ridiculous stats playing in his system, but it won't win championships and I firmly believe that. His system entertains the hell out of people, his teams usually score high and a lot, they are very entertaining, will win a lot of games, but come playoff time they'll fold like lawn chairs. I've seen his system when he coached PHX and Steve Nash and Amare Stoudemaire were the stars of that system that he ran. Steve Nash was putting up crazy numbers like you're talking about, and won not only 1 MVP, but 2 of them playing in his thing.

Chris got hurt. They were up on GOAT. that would be like burrow getting hurt in the first quarter v Clemson and Clemson winning and someone saying that O could never win a title.
