Do you give any merit to his answers to the questions sent his lawyer where he states she said no and objected multiple times?

He was just being sexually aggressive, no biggie!

Which he forced her to do.

Yes. Already said in the very first post in this thread that he "did it".

So should he face criminal repercussions for it?

I see he somewhat backed off his claim that they were making out all night prior to CR7 maybe sorta getting a tiny bit aggressive*

The money she got that he paid her for raping her?

No, the money she got paid for her silence. If she wanted him to pay for the rape, she would have called the cops initially. She exploited his very criminal behavior for her own financial gain. He's a scumbag, and deserves some jail time, but she epitomizes money grubbing whore.

"Brave" would have been filing a police report immediately. His crime is awful. Much worse than her actions. But not a damn one of you defending her would hope, or advise, your daughters to behave similarly in a similar situation.

It says he asked her too kiss him and she said yes and did so.

Anyway, this is going in circles now and wasting my time.

I'll just stand by my original statement of she signed an agreement in exchange for about $400,000 and now wants to ignore the agreement and not return the money and both of their actions are shitty actions.

There's a poster in here who has made it abundantly clear that he does not agree with this.

She did.

The cop who took her statement basically told her she was the one who fricked up and that things weren't looking good for her.

Financial gain, or making her whole for the expenses incurred as a direct result of the act? We don't know.

Yea, that's been your stance in here.

It has from the beginning but it appears you are too stupid to comprehend plain language.

That is a you problem. I'll try and refrain from using big words with you or offensive terms like retarded (in case you are literally mentally impaired).

Should I just quote your first post in this thread? That'll make you look foolish enough to even try to come at me with that nonsense.

That is a you problem
And you're cool with rape, that's a you problem.

quote:

I'll try and refrain from using big words with you
Or you can refrain from being down with rape, like you've been in this thread.

"But he was just a little sexually aggressive."

This dude is pro-rape and trying to come at me, that's hilarious.

Yep, that's just a small part of the one I was referencing.

He says his original stance is that they were both shitty while his original post just blasts the chick the entire time.

As part of this statement, she also mentioned Ronaldo's name. "I printed out pictures of him. Because the guy didn't know who he was." International soccer stars, after all, aren't necessarily well known in the U.S.

The officer, she says, was an older man. When she told him that she had kissed Ronaldo in the bathroom, she says, the officer reacted by saying: "'Uh-oh, that's going to be a problem, that's going to be a problem!' And he's like: 'Well, just so you know, you getting an attorney, that doesn't look good,'" Mayorga recalls. "He was just like reaming me.

How many sexual partners did she have before him? What were their races and socioeconomic statuses?

You think the context helps your assertion that your original stance was balanced to rail on both? That's adorable:

quote:

I believe her but do not care and have zero sympathy whatsoever for her.

She goes about her life for a while after the 7 minutes of sex/rape in the luxury hotel by Ronaldo.

Months later she extracts $375k from him to not talk about it.

She gets paid, immediately quits her job and starts going out drinking every night (by her own admission).

Years later she has blown through the 375k after years of being worthless, not working, etc.

Now she is pissed again and starts telling the media about it.

What needs to happen is she needs to pay back the 375k and proceed to do whatever she wants now and talk as much as she wants.

I'm pretty sure if the money had not run out and she didnt have to go back to work, at an elementary school 10 years older in her mid 30s where she cant go back to being a club/promotional girl getting paid to flirt with men she would not be revisiting this with the media.
