COVID (and maybe the transfer portal) has brought parity to college sports.

Covid has to be the strongest element. It killed teams who rely off of incoming freshmen

Same here. Is this just going off number of wins, or is it winning percentage? I could see some of the smaller schools, particularly out west, stacking up 25+ win seasons with nothing really to show for it except some tournament appearances.

I feel like it’s gotta be going off of wins, Gonzaga has to have one of the highest winning percentages I’d imagine.

Has to be number of wins. There's a 421 win difference here, but Gonzaga has a slight edge in percentage.
