Well the thing about stopping a team like Auburn or OSU is stopping the run and the run, pass option. If you are playing a 3-4 you need that DT to eat 2 blocks so your MLB can stop the run. That way you don't have to bring up your safeties. If you have lock down corner on the outside and the slot it really doesn't matter because you aren't worried about them getting killed if the safeties have to come up.

FSU is #1 in scoring defense, #13 in rushing defense, #1 in pass defense, and #4 in total defense. Your boy Pruitt is a stud.

Rush defense playing against who?

Buffalo? Illinois? Indiana ? Florida AM? Purdue? Cal? San Diego State? Penn State.

A bunch of fricking scrubs.

FSU is a good team, but lets be real. What really good, balance offenses have you faced? Don't say Clemson because you saw what USCe. Not taking away anything from the Noles, but the ACC isn't just loaded with top tier offenses. OSU has a good offense, but it won't be anything that FSU can't stop. If you can stop Hyde you stop OSU plain and simple.

Benjamin is a beast.

Roby will have a very tough night if Ohio State is fortunate enough to make the game.

That being said, he could turn himself back into a first round lock with a very solid effort against Benjamin. He's already said he's going pro and had a rough start to the year so he needs to redeem himself certainly.

I think it would be a solid match-up, Roby is 6' 195 so he gives up some size but he's not miniature. And he's fast as hell. Benjamin is all-world though.

Did you leave out Wisconsin on purpose?

The game was in Columbia, and FSU played at Clemson. And, if you didn't notice, FSU won the game the second they got off the bus. It took South Carolina until the 4th Quarter to pull away.

Jimbo and Muschamp are homies, so he took it easy on us in the second half.

I agree with this mostly, but no one has proven to be able to stop Hyde, so it may be moot. And yes he has run through 3 or 4 top 30 run defenses this year.

When OSU forces teams to play 7-8 in the box, they can utilize the middle of the field, and Braxton has been very good at making those throws the last month or so

Wisconsin is a top 10 rushing offense and they held them to just above 100 yards.

Indiana ranks #15 in the nation in offense, scored 28 against Missouri.

No one is saying USCe are world beaters, but they have owned them for the past 4 years. Did the same thing to them last year. Not many people ever buy the Clemson hype. What I'm say is that OSU offense is better because they have Hyde basically, but the defense is as about as good as Clemson's so.....

Ok so they stopped two decent teams. What about the rest of the weak opponents? Indiana has a top 15 offense because of who they play as well.

Ohio State has been exposed so many times before.

God I love that dude. I would give TJ up in a second for Hyde. If we had Hyde we would have beaten Auburn easily

I will defend it by saying I think OSU will have beaten 3 top 25 level teams at the end of the year, and 2 of them being top 15.

I don't think any OSU fans are saying we have a murders row, but did Auburn and FSU?

Someone a few weeks ago on NFL network called him Lacy with better feet. Do you agree?

OSU has an O-line that I could run through. When they show the camera angle behind OSU he has legit 5 yards of space to run through often

You serious, Clark?

If OSU had to play Alabama, LSU, A&M, Georgia, and Ole Miss all in less than a 2-month span, do you really think they would be in contention right now?
