The thing about Bama is you never have to play Bama, so is the SEC schedule really that tough?

Alabama played and defeated three teams currently ranked in the Top 10 with (possibly) two more still to go.

I mean not counting Alabama there were 7 SEC teams that finished .500 or better and Alabama played all of them. The only two teams they did not play were the two worst teams in the league.

Also it's not Alabama's fault (I think there was 1 opt out) that some great players for teams like LSU realized their team would be s*** and decided not to play this season.

Devonta Smith still gives oodles of fricks.

Or, it’s so watered down this year they wouldn’t belong with the others who were honored and earned it.

Damn. Some of ya'll really are butthurt over this season.

Just chill and take a deep breath. I'm sure LSU has enough young talent that your team won't be 0.500 again next year. Your team put together a run last season that very few in the long history of college football can match, if any.

In other words, stop pouting like a 3 year old girl.

It will mean less if it is given to Trevor Lawrence which I feel will happen thanks to some kind of life time achievement justification voting

100% agree, and I'm a Trevor Lawrence fan.

Devonta Smith has been an absolute beast this season. I really hope the Heisman voters don't make this year's award some sort of life time achievement thing. It is supposed to be for the best college football player in the current season, and that player is Smith.

Most years it’s just the QB for the best team.
