I was shocked.

Makes me think that behind the scenes the Polians and owner had differing opinions on how to proceed with the Luck/Manning situation.

I hope this means that Dennis Polian is out of a job too.

I spent some time with him when he was at Tulane. He's one the most arrogant assholes that you'll ever meet. As a peer, if you questioned anything he did or was doing - he would try to bully you instead of giving you an explanation (or use logic).
