I agree, re:the unneccessary roughness call. Pollard had ample opportunity go for the wrap up while still delivering a big hit. Had he done that, his helmet would not have contacted Wayne's.
I'll repeat until someone listens: the problem is not with the rule as much as it is with players' inability or lack of desire to execute a proper tackle.

The hell? Where would the tackler's helmet be if he wrapped up like you said? It would still hit the receiver's helmet. The call was fine...the rule is pitiful and ruining football.

I know a lot of people have their problems with Ray as a person, but damn we're going to miss the entertainment and linebacking abilities of that man.

His helmet would have been to the side and behind Wayne if he had wrapped up. Also, it would have been much lower, as his target would have been Wayne's waist instead of his chest.
