Hunter is a two way generational player, who happened to play at Colorado. I get it. Sanders getting jersey retired, makes no sense to me.

Neon: Need to squeeze a little more out of this kid's name. Let's retire his number, that'll get the internet buzzing about me again.

Shedeur: What about me Dad? It's not fair.

Neon: Ok son. You helped me make millions off Travis so I can throw you a bone.

Total clown show. Hunter makes sense (Heisman). Classic nepotism with the son, create as much buzz as possible (its the Sanders way), get them talking about you. Who retires somebody's jersey right after the season? Unless the NFL draft is right around the corner???? Almost as bad as Deon blaming his son's poor performance on his O-line, at a press conference, what little respect I had for them then was lost there.

They’ll just prevent anyone from wearing their jersey numbers.
