Offensive players need to be fined for that exaggerated head whip they all do when they try to sell contact.
Also, basketball in general would be a much, much better and different sport if they ever start calling carrying again.

The worst part is that there are 3-4 refs on the floor and the one that has no clear line of sight will blow the whistle and make the call. If they could keep refs from blowing the whistle when they are out of position, it'd fix 90% of the bad calls.
