I don't know how you could address this, but I personally hate how close games extend the final minute of the game by 5-10 minutes due to all the timeouts being used.

They need quarters so team fouls will reset. It’s lame when a team racks up 7 ticky tack fouls and the other team is shooting 1 and 1 with like 13 minutes left in the game.
