If you want to go through all of college football history then you get stuff like 1918 Georgia Tech at 62 but that was only over 7 games against "teams" like Camp Gordon, the 11th Calvary, and NC state.
In the modern era I'm not sure and don't feel like looking up other teams, but Oklahoma in 1956 has to be up there at 41.5
