Player late for meeting because he was taking his ear rings out
So he was late b/c he was taking them out at home? In the car? In his locker?

I know that at Auburn all underclassmen and upper classmen with a gpa lower than 3.0 have to live in the dorm across the street from the Athletic Complex. Also I think all of the unmarried g.a.s have to live there too.

r it could fail miserably after 15 years of country club football under mack brown.
I am neither a Mack Brown fan, nor a UT fan. However, one of my neighbors, a recently retired NFL DB, played 3 years for Mack at UT. We talked about this "Strong culture shock"... most of what he is doing Mack was also doing.
A few changes, Mack allowed JR and SRs to live off campus, where Strong will allow SRs to live off campus.
Mack tried the, No earrings, No facial hair, and No dread locks. The dreadlocks/long hair rule was eliminated for Ricky Williams and the earrings rule was eliminated for Cedric Benson.
Every coach enters a new job and wanting to set a great example by setting the table early. And then a "must have" recruit shits all over the flatware. (those are my words, not my friend's).

Players will learn that they would rather practice than milk a minor injury.
This kind of has me worried.
There is a razor thin difference between milking an injury and getting better.
