More embarrassing ACC draft feat: FSU only getting one player drafted or a team that would get zero drafted being able to run through the conference and win 11 games?

only 1 team getting further than all the SEC teams

Do college football players really actually care that much about the population of the city or town of their school, or their proximity to metro areas?

Some probably do. Claiming Bloomington is similar to Clemson is pretty far off base. That's really the only point I was making.

Clemson only has about 18,000 people living there and Atlanta and Charlotte area nearly 2 and half hours away. Asheville is the only place somewhat close to Clemson and is still an hour and a half away.

Clemson is 30 miles from Greenville.

Greenville is one of the best small towns in America and the area around Clemson with the lakes is incredible. It’s better than 90 percent of college/small towns in America.

It’s almost like college football is different from the NFL.

Who would you take to a win college football game - Tim Tebow or Aaron Rodgers. Who would I take to win a NFL game. I know I’m taking Tebow in the first and Rodgers in the 2nd.

And if a player can get similar money in a metro area or a small town they are choosing the big towns. Bloomington is a suburb if a major city. Miami is buying players. GT is buying players, Vandy is buying players. I just believe the small town schools will get squeezed if the money is close. Now if Auburn or Miss St or Ole Miss outbid everyone by 200K then of course the player will take it but we are starting to see where no players will migrate to.

Some of you just don’t realize the amount of money out there that has been untapped for decades because schools refused to play the bagman game. Now that they can every year you are seeing more and more teams start buying.
