A doctor with poor ethics and doesn't follow guidelines to that extent is going to get in trouble. It's not a controversial decision TBH. The medical evidence in management for someone like Bosh is pretty cut and dry.
If he finds someone to give that sort of clearance, I don't think any professional team can honor that. They would be complicit in anything that happens to him. It's sad but he keeps on getting repeated blood clots. He cannot play.
