I know it’s only one game, but I am not impressed by Fields’ arm and passing skills. He has hit his wide open guys, but he takes off after one read constantly despite having a decade to stand in the pocket.
I’m sure it’s just because it’s week 0 and they are up big, but even there it took him forever to see that wide open guy in the end zone.

Solid drive for Ohio State.
Up 35-6, late 3rd Q.

I like that FCS schools play FBS schools. But I hate the way ISU and Iowa has to play UNI
But I hate UNI
But I hate UNI

I mean that’s just not even remotely true based on the game. He’s holding onto the ball too long often then pulling it down.

Iowa State is also looking really bad.

Wow! ULL drives into the red zone but turn it over on a fumble.
ETA: Turnover #4 today for the Cajuns.

It was play action, doofus.

He’s probably being coached that way right now. Why let him lose it if he can run?

Indiana just got a case of the stupid

Offense was trash in the first half, but led a TD drive on the first drive of the second half.
Lmao and just threw a pick. May have hit the ground thankfully.

Not sure but UNI plays each one ever other year.

For sure. I think I may have hyped Fields up a bit too much in my head in regards to his overall QB skill set. He is still looking like a fantastic player.

It was made when UNI had Terry Allen and they were starting in a budget crunch

I wish we could get a state law to force Ole Miss to play Southern Miss every once in a while.
Posted on 8/31/19 at 1:28 pm to G The Tiger Fan
If I was Ole Miss or State I’d never schedule Southern in anything except Olympic Sports
Posted on 8/31/19 at 1:29 pm to sms151t
Yeah, I'm kinda shocked that State has scheduled them so often lately. They went at least 25 years without playing each other before 2013.

We have a half-shark, half-football player sighting on the sideline of the team called the Rebels.
Posted on 8/31/19 at 1:30 pm to G The Tiger Fan
It’s no win for either of them andSouthern has 2 SEC schools close and most within a days drive.
