i am guessing last night he had somewhere between 250 and 300 and on the season he should be approaching 1000
Kaleb had around 160-170 and now has about 900 on the season
He had 750 something coming in, and after his long run in the third it was announced he had
150 for the game
Then central
Held the ball nearly the entire 4th quarter

Last week you were in Zachary and from what I understand you had to enter and exit seperate from the Zachary side, and Central was where, yes at Memorial stadium at the Catholic game so how can they be in Denham as you stated "last week". It sounds like you got something mixed up there.....

No you did. For the second time in this thread. You're reading comprehension is lacking
msu is a catholic fan, not a denham fan
He was commenting on the differences between the central fans and the denham fans as he has seen both over the last couple of weeks

well put and simply put, Central didn't take care of business on the field.
I still find it very poor sportsmanship to send teenage players out on the field while the other team is making its normal entrance with the American flag and trying to attack them to start a fight before the game even started.
I found that out of character on Dru Nettles part to encourage his teen age young men to insight an antagonistic, fighting environment towards other teenage young men in this manner.
Is this truly what they are wanting to teach their players (young men) to do, to taunt, threaten and antagonize each other.
One day these young men may work together side by side and what will that do to them in the future.
As adults all those coaches have a responsibility to set the right example and hold their personal hatreds for the other coaches in check, not to insight their players (young people)to do their fighting for them.
It was truly an ugly scene from the stands. Everyone should have known that Denham was going to be trouble when they came in because of all the police enforcement that was with them and Central had to bring in for the game.
To think it all started over the entrance of the American flag on the middle of the field, even before one second came off the clock, and ended with the grown man from the Denham Springs sideline running on the field and getting in the Central coaches face as they were shaking hands and protecting their players from the mayham from the Denham Springs staff. Dru Nettles was even grabbing his coaches and players and telling them to stop but they wouldn't, they had no respect for even their own coach, they were so full of hatred for those teenage young men on the field. Sad, Sad night in High School Football.

The denham running back is really good and will continue to be better. Central needs a qb plain and simple thats why they lost. Richardson needs to be y'alls qb he gives Central the best chance to compete. He is a playmaker and a gamechanger and Centrals coach continues to put the other guy back in I don't see it. Centrals d is as good as anybody and the offense is like lsu's caliber in effectiveness. Time to stop playing central politics and put the best guy in.

it still doesn't sound right because even at Memorial Stadium the sides are seperated for the most part by a fence area and there where plenty of city police enforcement on both sides in attendance to monitor the game and yet no issues where raised. Central had one side and Catholic had the other. Unless fans sat on the opposite side there would have been no problems. We had friends from Catholic sit on our side but there were no issues at all, so I don't buy it. Of course I was amazed at the flourescent orange students in the black shorts, you could see them all the way over to the Central side, it was like the blue guys. But there are things that are in fun and things that are down right stupid lately. For the most part Catholic and Central players meet at mid field did their hand shake and went their opposing sides for the alma maters, like mature young men. No one ways allowed from the stands to the field, not even the parents where allowed to greet and hug their players, it had to be done from the concrete wall. I did not see any issues other then normal school spirit between the two schools.

zacharytiger, your comments are well spoken and very methodical, this change at times during the offensive sceme does give a different look and one to be reckoned with.

And where were you....you need to see film and every game, Central always goes to the Center of the field with the American flag it is their normal entry. Look up the legal term intent to harm: Your players came off the sideline from behind the white line, after Denhams run out and they had established their position on the sideline, in a threatening manner they then entered onto the field, (that is intent by the law) and then proceeded towards the opposing team....Your kids broke a young mans leg last year during Freshman ball by "gang" tackling him after the whisle blew, the Denham player then grabbed his leg and twisted it, until it snapped I believe is number was 17 if I remember correctly....yes it snapped (great job), your players spit in my sons face and said they were going to take his knees out from under him and he would never play again, and I am sure you didn't know about the Denham player that spit at the Referee during last nights game and the one lineman that raised his shoulder and arm at the head ref when he tried to get him on his side of the field...who is cheap shooting and classless..penalties are one thing but purposely going after young men to break bones, spit at them, and take knees out to keep them from being able to walk....wow....Keep running your mouth, Denham players have no class what so ever towards anyone, not even the officials. If you don't know the story of the play last year then you don't need to comment. He had the play in his play book when he was in Central and they practiced it when he was the Offensive Coach. He knew it was going to happen, he had no issue with it, so stop trying to justify Denhams dirty football on the field.

Yes the DHS players did go to the student section of CHS at halftime when they came out and went to the fence to taunt the students and the coaches didn't do anything about it, till the head coach came out. It was the assistants it seemed that encouraged the negative behavior towards the central players, parents, and students. Not to mention even the visiting players that were from Zachary who were also in attendence at the game, Denham even went after them at the game and told them they were not welcome on the Visitors side....hello, who told Denham they owned anything at Central's Football field....Assitants even desrepected their own head coach when he told them to stop, it was an assitant coach that ran at the Central coaches and players and called them all classless. Way to go Denham coaches!!!!

I hope this was a compliment and not a slam about the education because the latest achievement scores from the Dept of Education show that Zachary and Central are one and five in the state where Livingston is below them in the educational achievement test, scores, and average ACT.

Livingston Parish also has 30 something schools in their school district, compared to just a few in the community school districts like Zachary and Central

Central players ran on the field and came on DS's side of the field and stared the Denham players down (which is their normal routine just like you stated). The only difference is Denham called you out last night, and wasn't going to put up with yall taunting and trying to scare them. The Denham players stepped up. Denham gave you a dose of your own medicine last night. Here's video of last night before the kickoff Notice the Denham coaches holding their players back. The only coach from Central that you can see is yelling at the Denham players. You stay classy Central.

HS football is pretty terrible to watch, I have no idea how some people (with no kids on the team) can get so into it.
So thier should be 22 people in the home stands and 22 in the visitors.

Regarding Central, you may be right
Zachary, hell no!
I graduated from there (2008) so I'm biased but we have better teacher, facilities, test scores, community support
