Final 2003 free mind AP Poll

1 Southern California (48)
2 Louisiana State (17)

Coaches Poll (obligated Marxist no brain rubber-stamp poll)

1 LSU (60)
2 USC (3) - despite being obligated to vote for LSU regardless of the outcome of the games or eyeball test.

So you tell me? Who really was the champ?

The team that carried the freedom poll by a wide margin? USC

And stole 3 votes in protest from the Marxist Computer poll...

Pete

Pride of the West.

More national championships and better looking women than Alabama.

Plus they aren't our sisters.

When Pete Carroll resurrected USC, he brought flair, flash and a lot of fleet feet back to a campus that had been unable to sustain any magic for two decades. After two national championships, seven consecutive Pac-10 titles, 102 victories, a 34-game winning streak that matched the longest streak in the past 40 years, and three Heisman winners, it is clear that USC achieved what no other school could match. The Trojans made the decade their own.

That's nice, I mean Florida and LSU both won more titles on the field than USC that decade (Auburn almost did the same) and Florida had the decades defining player as well as sparking the Decades defining narrative -- SEC dominance, but that 3 or 4 year run right after Miami fell off the map and right in the middle of the the emergence of the SEC was pretty nice for USC.

Hell, USC didn't even finish in the Top 3 for wins in the decade. Tied OSU for 4th with 102 (only 88 counted) 2 ahead of Florida.

Uh no one counts your bullshite ones from the 30's and certainly no one counts the 1978 one you try to claim over USC.

Despite the fact that USC whipped your arse in Alabama and won the Natty.

Or the one you try to claim over Notre Dame...

Despite the fact that ND whipped your arse in the bowl game and won the Natty.

Alabama has claimed 3 National titles over teams that beat them...

USC
Notre Dame
LSU

Take your 15 bullshite titles back to the woodshed hick.

Alabama has only 6 legitimate...everyone outside the South knows it because people in the North or West Coast don't buy your bullshite. Keith Jackson never did. But for some reason folks in the SEC just accept it like children.

ND has 9
USC has 11

That is the most legitimate ever.

This isn't retroactive - we lost to the better team - titles -

This is real title talk son!

The team that won the Crystal Football in the BCS Title Game. You know, the one that all of the conferences agreed on?

That would be LSU. The team that won the title game using the system that everyone agreed to.

Not USC, the team that won because the AP wanted to make the news instead of report the news.
