It is clear on my DVR that the ball disappears behind the right upright.

What bullshite that it wasn't even reviewed. I thought it was just wide live, but in slow motion, it is clearly in.

my computer doesn't have an HDMI input so I can't transfer the video to my computer from my TV with what I have, but I could take a digital photo(which would likely come out poor.)

I'll give it a shot.

Oregon would've kicked in the winner anyway.

Really? He's 8/8 this season. Oregon had the ball inside Cal's 15, so it would've been about a 30-yarder (assuming they drive it down field the same way after a kickoff).

A kick from where Oregon kneeled would've been shorter than those two. One that he missed was from 48 yards.

He missed two and you're sure he'd make the game winner with all the pressure on him? I think I'd take those odds.

I said this on the Score Board and I stand by it!

quote:

I bet the pac-10 somehow influenced the play so one of their teams will play in the BCSNCG. They probably put a frozen ball out there or something.

If it were from a shorter distance (like 30 yards as opposed to 48), then he'd have a decent shot.

Ugh, these came out bad, but hopefully someone can dress these up a little bit.

Ball is in the upper middle, even with the second t in Allstate.

Ball is a few feet from right upright

Ball is clearly behind the right upright

Ball emerges from behind the right upright.

I need to go back and take a clearer picture of the last 2 shots, but it is pretty clear on the DVR.

That's kind of the point on the 2nd to last photo...

I know that it is really hard to see in contrast to all the the faces in the background because of the extreme shine on the ball. I am hoping someone can touch the pics up a little.

I think the refs rigged it by pulling the old invisible ball trick. We'll never know the truth.

If I could find the contrast knob on my computer I think I could clear that right up.
