Well over half aids cases are from gays. So it was a clear joke about the award being given to a gay man before. In the joke i didnt bash gay people

To give an award or honor someone for their sexual preference Is stupid. Nobody cares if ur gay, transsexual , metrosexual , bi, or do the guy and girl thing. It's an attention grab and the media plays into it.

In terms of pound-for-pound efficacy, just sheer efficiency in shittiness, this is one of the most asinine posts I have read on this website. And I don't say that lightly.
On one hand, your implication is objectively incorrect merely by virtue of the fact that Bruce Jenner was born a man. He has male DNA and was born as a biological male. This is indisputable fact. The insinuation that this topc is something that could be akin to race or ethnicity, or even sexual orientation, is absolutely ridiculous.
On the other, the admittedly contentious statement that "transgenderism" is a mental disorder in no way precludes one from believing that an individual is born a certain way. Many mental disorders can be attributed to hereditary reasons.
It pains me that I took any time whatsoever to address your post, but I think it's important that we establish the notion that pure, unadulterated idiocy is not to be tolerated on this website. Shame on you.

I'm not saying his/her couragesnouss (if that's how you spell it) is on the same level as our soldiers because it's no where near that...but regardless of how you feel about him/her you have to admit it does take courage for someone of his standing in this social media world and his reputation from the Olympic games to come out as a transgender person.

I could care less about Jenner being transgendered. It shouldn't be that big a deal. It took courage, but the fact she's getting an award that Jimmy V and Stuart Scott got makes my jimmies rustled.
