Caitlin Clark featured in interview on 60 minutes; reese gets a couple mentions

The ROY this year and multiple record breaking superstar got the featured interview for the 60 minutes piece on the WNBA. They also interviewed a few other players.
They had a segment with Clark demonstrating her shooting skill. I guess they did not want to have reese demonstrate her rebounding skills. Maybe 60 minutes next WNBA piece, they will have reese on for an interview?
And then this quote:
“This is the league of choice for basketball purists, all passing and precision.”
That’s certainly one way to look at it lol
And then they are still beating the drum for closing the pay gap between men and women lolololol

Where do I mention race? I SPECIFICALLY called out Clark’s skill vs reese skill on why they interviewed Clark. Shooting vs rebounding, not race.
I said that they interviewed other players. They interviewed white and black.
Why does race have to be specified here?

They’ve been compared by the media and the sports world for years and they are normally brought up in discussion together as two heralded rookies. This isn’t some new thing that I’m doing by comparing the two.

What’s sad is that when Magic and Bird were playing they were friends but rivals, both were respected. And Bird was the biggest trash talker but he backed it up. That was a cool relationship that others should try to emulate. It lifted the sport.
I’ve never heard so much talk about wnba until this year, they need to figure out how to capitalize on it because it probably won’t happen again. A chance to lift the sport.
