What I will say is the better comparison right now is Burrow v. Tua.l (Herbert is above both of them). Last five weeks Tua has been better.

I know Justin Herbert gets a lot of praise and rightfully so, he is really good with prototype size for an NFL QB and all. But I thought Joe Burrow was on his way to winning that rookie of the year award before he got hurt. But I think these 2 are evenly matched talent wise, Joe Burrow plays with a swagger like a Aaron Rodgers.

They got to get a stop or hold to a fg or it’s over

But right now the edge is going Herbert's way who is eating up Cincinnati's defense.

Why not follow your blocker there & cut back inside? If so, that would have been a TD.

That was that least athletic open field running by a defensive back ever. He had a couple of blockers he could have waited for. He could have cut back. He could have done about three other things other than running with the ball in his palm and running straight into Herbert.

You been watching the chargers the last few weeks before this game?
I’m guessing no if you think herberts much better.

He hasn’t played worth a shite the last month and they lost like 4 in a row. He looks good today but he’s just throwing off target to wide open guys a lot and doesn’t do much on time or on schedule with timing. He’s just a big strong arm qb

They are equal if anything

They aren’t all off target, but his accuracy isn’t near as good as joes . It’s ball placement

I miss how that guy played for LSU. He played with a chip on his shoulder. Lol. That's how you have to play this game, I know I played it. And to think Cryer said the other QB ( what's his name) was better. Lmao
That's why they let Burrow go. Smh

I am talking about today. Herbert is better than Tua today and Tua is better than Burrow. This is not a season long thread.

Burrow is 8/12 for 125 yards with now 2 TDs. That's a good day so far
