If I'm Burrow I pull an Eli Manning. No way am I playing for that hopeless franchise. They are the type of franchise to destroy a great prospect like Burrow.

As I said earlier maybe you tag Green for a year to give yourself time?

If I'm the Bengals, I would seriously think about letting Green go, sitting Burrow for a good bit of his first year and selling off all veteran assets.

The Bengals spent most of this century in 7-10 win purgatory. They have a lot of holes. Putting Burrow right out there to get beaten up and try to get to 5-6 wins is probably counterproductive in the long term.

Get some high picks for next year and target that as the real beginning of the new era.

That’s a possibility, but with Dalton a FA they are going to have to find someone to throw out there.

I’m also not sure they have much of any assets left to sell.

I’m hoping we take a WR in round 3 regardless but it may be better if we double up on the offensive line the first two picks after Burrow. Still need Jonah Williams to come back healthy also.

Not sure if it's the best move but he would do way better in Miami than Cincy.

The Bengals essentially have two first round picks since Jonah didn’t play a snap.

They lost 8 games by a TD or less. Sure up the D and Burrow can succeed.

They were 7th from last in sacks, last in defensive yards per play, 5th from last in TO's generated, 3rd from last in both point and yards differential and 8th from last in sacks per game.

Basically they're bottom ten in all major categories. I don't see how they're close. They need a lot of improvement in a lot of areas.

I would probably guess you would go hard on OLine regardless. Depth there is critical even if Jonah does make a difference.

You are correct just realized. He’s a guy you could probably trade to the Bears for something I guess.

Burrow will not be making commercials.

Why the hell not?
He’s going to be one of more marketable players in the league
Especially his charisma and personality now he’s gonna be great
