This is bullshite. No matter how bad the Bengals are they still have better players and more developed players thannLSU had last year... so you truly believe that if the same team that lined up against Clemson would have been better than the 1st two team Cincy has played??????

I’m said there are at least 8 or so key guys from last years team that Joe would swap out for NOW

Gotcha. I thought you were agreeing with the OP.

But if you create some bizarre universe where the 2020 bengals play the 2019 tigers, and burrow somehow qbs both teams, I don’t see LSU winning.

Did you never play with an “all time qb” as a kid?

The top-tier college team taking on a bottom feeder from the NFL has always made for interesting discussion. Could last year's LSU Tigers whoop this year's Cincinnati Bengals? The Tigers would have youth on their side and were likely a more tight-knit group with more fighting spirit than the highly-paid pros on the Bengals...

The only one I'm sure on is Chase....no doubt he would start for Cincy.

I agree with this. But as good as the Oline for LSU was last year, it’s not near how good the Oline is for the Bengals this year even though they have looked pretty crappy these first two weeks. As great as the LSU offense was last year, there is not ONE NFL defense that would have not shut that down.

I agree with this....I just think there are 1v1s that Chase will win from day 1 (even today) in the league.

No, he just played against lesser talent. He's lining up against professionals now...PROs!
