As a bulls fan I love this. Suspend Portis and let Mirotic heal and lose as much as possible. When the Bulls got Portis he was projected to go much higher in the draft he was considered a steal. Wonder if he fell due to concerns about his character. I don’t remember hearing it at the time

I’m partial because I’m a hog fan but Portis really isn’t the person some of you would assume just from reading the headline. We’ve had plenty of thugs come through Fayetteville and he just wasn’t one of them. He clearly screwed up big time though. Hope it doesn’t ruin his career.

Nothing happened at Fayetteville that would be concerning- not one thing. As someone else mentioned, we’ve had our thugs but Bobby was nothing but positive on and off the court.
