Does you think the UFC will recieve any negative press do to the fact that there were two serious and gruesome injuries Wendsday night? Razak Al-Hassan arm was broke(or seriosly injured) and Corey Hill's leg was snapped like a twig. Will the media use this as an excuse to start bashing MMA?

If they do MMA needs to do a press release of every NFL/MLB/NBA injury ever

I don't know the context of the injurty but im gonna go ahead and say that he was actually trying to snap his leg, while thats not the case for other sports. Not dogging MMA just saying.

I haven't seen it referred to that in awhile. Hell, I had one of the UFC events spoiled for me because ESPN had the results on it's bottom line. It's gotten a lot more respect in the past year or so. I don't watch much ESPN, but when MMA is brought up on PTI or ATH they make an effort to say the rules have been put in place to protect fighters and make the sport more mainstream.

Nah, Corey Hill went to kick the other guy in the leg, and the other guy blocked it with his shin, causing Hill's leg to snap
