TBob has three kids now, he doesn't have time to drink.
His DWI was because his buddy (the driver) hit someone's parked truck backing up outside a frat house, ran, then he decided to get into the drivers seat and park it. After he stepped on the gas, he took off the front bumper of the car his buddy backed into. LSU PD showed up and he got the fall.

He literally has a job as long as Wakeup Bartstool is airing on FS1. He's the only one capable of hosting that show which is why he's the only regular.

I might be getting some details wrong but I'm pretty sure Tbob got a talking to for being drunk on the college football podcast and drinking on a stream last football season.
unnecessary roughness was truly one of the worst podcasts of all time. it's pretty crazy that barstool let that happen for so long because they really should have been able to put together a decent CFB podcast with everyone they have.
