You are totally obsessed. It's still amazing what Boise could do given their talent. They at least could knock some of the big boys off. However, we all knew they weren't ever near top 5 in the country. ever. But, I still respect Peterson for what he could do given the talent. And no, he is not the next Dan Hawkins.

i respect BSU as a top 15-20 team, and i actually respect them for getting to that level. i truly do
like people were saying yesterday, it's the media backlash and dick sucking that makes my blood boil
and i would always ask why boise? TCU, Utah, BYU, etc have won big games against BCS foes. hell recently TCU and BYU have beaten OU, the team that BSU beat to put them on the map.
Utah was the first non-BCS to win a BCS game. most people don't even realize that
Utah was the first non-BCS school to win a 2nd BCS game
TCU and company have played many more BCS teams in the past 5 years....but TCU fell off this year and they're on my shite list
plus TCU dodging Ohio State is going the boise route, and frick that

Oh, ok. Then we're on page.
The thing that makes my blood boil is some of the same people hating on Boise is sucking TCU's dick. What has TCU done that Boise hasn't?
Utah, if anybody has really done more than both of those teams as you mentioned. I still think Peterson could be a great coach in a power conference, but Dan Hawkins does cast some doubt on that.

i've noticed a pattern in coaching success that may have perception bias, but
coaches who go places, do well (or relatively well), then leave, do it again, and leave, etc seem to be more successful when they get to a major school than those who invest themselves in 1 school

That's an interesting perception, but it seems to be true.

that's more of the HC jumping
some coordinators do get their shot and do well, like mark richt (for all of his recent struggles, he did build up UGA)

Shouldn't, completely irrelevant. CU was a bad choice, it would have been difficult for anyone to win there the last few years.
