No, it really isn’t. Starting the season in September is the obvious answer. Spring football is not happening beyond a couple of exhibitions and spring games. It isn’t feasible for the schools, football programs, NFL draft, eligibility, recruiting, or really anything at all.

Draft is in April (unless the NFL pushes it back)
Juniors would need to declare prior, and seniors would get drafted mid season, would stop playing, to remove the chance of injury......
at that point nothing helps your draft stock....
