Who has had a better career in your opinion? Who are you taking (in their prime) to lead your team? I know Wade has the rings and is a better defender but honestly I would take 17-18 or 18-19 Harden over any version of Wade.

Wade Career Averages: 22 PPG 4.7 RPG 5.5 APG 1.6 SPG

Wade Best Season (2008-09): 30.2 PPG 5 RPG 7.5 APG 2.2 SPG 1.3 BPG 49% FG 31.7% 3 PT FG

3x Champ

1x Finals MVP

0x League MVP

3x All Defense

8x All NBA

1x Scoring Champ

Harden Career Averages: 24.8 PPG 6.2 APG 5.2 RPG 1.6 SPG

Harden Best Season (2018-19): 36.1 PPG 6.6 RPG 7.5 APG 2.0 SPG 0.7 BPG 44% FG 36.8 3Pt FG

0x Champ

1x League MVP

6x All-NBA

1x Scoring Champ

1x Assist Champ

It's hard to say b/c 2019 Harden is playing under different rules than prime Wade.

They both rely way too much on the whistle though so frick em both.

No question you take Harden now because Wade couldn’t shoot 3s and spread the floor.

harden probably hasn’t even peaked yet and his best is in a different tier from wades best. Hardens statistical peak is better than pretty much anyones outside of lebron and Jordan.

He has peaked. Come on now... I would take Harden over Wade at any point. Harden is doing things I haven't seen since MJ. On offense anyway.

how can you say he peaked when he gets better every year? When he has a year worse than the prior then you could say that he has peaked. I haven’t seen any signs that he won’t be even better next year than he is right now.

Harden and it’s not close. Wade never made past the first round of the playoffs when he was the best player on his team.

I dont know if I agree with that. I think he was the best on his team in 06 when they won the championship with Shaq. But I agree Harden over Wade.

that's dumb. He was their best player when he won his first ship. Shaq certainly wasnt.

If you want someone to bring you to the conference finals and choke then Harden is your man.

Harden is having possibly the best NBA season of all time and the haters are out in full force.

Harden even had 3 blocks last night

Its a tougher question than it seems on the surface. Without really thinking about it, the answer would obviously be Harden. But, Wade is a better leader IMO and he had a God Mode gear that when he hit that he could play with anyone in the history of the game. I would take Harden, but its close.

Harden and it’s not close. Wade needed Shaq and then LeBron to get a ring.
