Verlander, Cole, Greinke.

Scherzer, Kershaw, Buehler, Urias is solid. Could have been legendary if Bauer hadn't had to choke a bitch.

That Astros team was so punchless in the WS. Absolute garbage.

The '98 Braves rotation went 5 deep with all winning at least 16 games.

Maddux, Glavine, Smoltz, Neagle, and Millwood

It’s a shame Bobby Cox sucked at managing with the teams he had. Anyone posting in this thread could have managed one World Series.

Yeah Koufax and Drysdale were #1 and #2 in wins for a period of 4 years.

Strikeouts, #3 and #4 in the league.

Shutouts, #1 and #3.

Most innings pitched #2 and #2 in the league.

During this period Drysdale won the CY Young once and Koufax 3 times.

From 1962 to 1966, the Cy Young resided in Los Angeles.

Combined they threw 89 shutouts.

I was young boy I remember Drysdale pitched a lot of shutout innings in a row. I used to listen to Astro games on radio. Fell to sleep many nights radio under my pillow. Mom and dad had no idea I was listening to Astros in California. Late starts .

I'm not real good at relative ranking, and most of my knowledge is historical and not observational. Nevertheless, I've always thought Feller was underappreciated compared to some of the other peers..

One other top rotation

Gooden, Darling, Fernandez, Ojeda, and Cone
