Currently like the look of Wisconsin (+1400) and St. Mary's (+2000)
If I was looking at slightly better odds, Texas Tech at +600 is good value.

If this past weekend told us anything, it was that anyone can lose. Seems like there is more value in making 4 bets on a longshot champion instead of final four.
